To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We try to ship faster than a squirrel on espresso. Most orders blast out of our warehouse within 1 to 3 days. After that, your package embarks on a heroic journey that can take anywhere from 8 to 14 days, depending on where you live (and how friendly your local mail carrier is.. like, for reelz... its crazy how some carriers just hate doing this efficiently!). Anyways, I got off topic there, so please allow 8–14 days for delivery—good things take time, like cheese and epic movie plots.
We only use fast and reliable shipping services, so rest assured your gear is traveling first class (minus the champagne). 🚚✨
Heads up: We can't deliver to PO boxes or packing stations—our packages prefer real addresses with doors and doormats.
